Ursula Maser is a self educated artist and mom with three busy school aged children, blessed to live on a beautiful ranch near Irvine, Alberta.
She has always loved art, with many artists in her family it was ever present and nurtured in her childhood home. In 2015 when her children were very young, she began painting in mixed media, acrylics and working in art journals as a creative outlet.
Ursula’s artistic interests have developed over the years and she has found a deep fascination with colour and expressive mark making. She is interested in how colour makes us feel and evokes emotions, often painting themes found in nature such as florals and landscapes. Flowers are her most painted subject, they appeal to her not only in their natural beauty but in the symbolism and meaning they can hold for each of us.
She now enjoys connecting with fellow artists and collectors online, at in person events and through teaching.
